Die Lage war top, sehr zentral und ruhig, eine Tiefgarage zum Extrapreis war gleich in der Nähe, geräumige Wohnung, großer Balkon, wegen dem kalten Wetter nicht genutzt, großes Bad mit Waschtrockner, Bügeleisen und kleines Bügelbrett. Der Vermieter sehr sehr nett und freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Es gab leider auch ein paar Unannehmlichkeiten: Wasser im Waschbecken im Bad floß sehr sehr langsam, kein Heizkörper zum Trocknen der Handtücher, wohl im Sommer nicht nötig, aber jetzt im Winter sehr kalt, Bügeleisensohle sehr dreckig (verkohlt), ducch die zentrale Lage fielen diese Punkte nicht so sehr ins Gewicht.
