The room was well appointed. The view from the little balcony was amazing. It was walking distance to stores and restaurants.
The stairs to the penthouse are steep. We didn't have difficulty with them, but they would be challenging for anyone with mobility issues.

First, the penthouse offers a great view of the town and the lake. In addition, the place is well furnished, with a dining table that is perfect for having a meal while enjoying the landscape. Lastly, the check-in and check-out process is quite simple, as you do not need to meet anyone in person.
I experienced an issue where the penthouse ran out of water on my last night; however, the manager resolved the problem quickly. Additionally, I would like to note that this penthouse may not be suitable for people who have difficulty using stairs.

Excellent location near the attractions of Ajijic, but in a quiet neighborhood.
A bit of lighting would be really helpful on the stairs leading to the room.
