About this house rental
Immerse yourself in the local energy of Ajijic centro! This home is on the 2nd floor and within walking distance from the main street, plaza & lake. Enjoy the rooftop patio with lake views. The house features an open dining room, a bar, plus the kitchen & bathroom were recently upgraded with traditional tile to enhance the local experience. Plus, a living room with a smart TV and wifi. There are two spacious bedrooms with king beds and closets and mini split AC units in the bedrooms. Plus there’s a bathroom with a recently updated shower, and a washer and dryer.
Just a friendly reminder, the water is not potable in Mexico. But that’s in every town in Mexico, not exclusive to Ajijic. I provide standard cooking utensils, and you provide all the food you want to cook. There’s a convenience store just a few feet away with most things you’ll need, including milk, bread, oil, coffee, water, veggies, etc.
New water heater installed in June 2026.

The AC in both BR was perfect for hot May days. The mirador up top provides the perfect outlook to see Ajijic. And it is walking distance to many things the heart desires. You may need to buy water. Arturo was responsive and helpful.

This Casa was wonderful. 10 min walk to plaza. Beds are comfortable Very warm during our stay. Some days we’re in the 90’s but the air conditioning n fans were perfect. Also having a washer was very accommodating. Would rent again on my returns. !!!! Gracias !

It was a convenient location. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was clean, but we had to buy our own water because the water bottle was empty in the room.

It was ok. There needs to be a blanket in the front bedroom. We learned there was only Netflix. Could be cleaner. Great view from the rooftop deck. Kitchen small but well appointed. Nice to have the mini splits in the bedrooms. Overall, ok.
