Spacious and clean, the staff were very helpful and friendly.
Lovely rooftop pool with a view of the hills.
Very large and spacious rooms with kitchens and fridges.
Good breakfast on the rooftop.
They have a lift which helped as we had older parents with us.
The rooms are actually all super large with extra beds to accommodate atleast 4 people but it wouldn’t let us book it on the website. So looks like we ended up with more space than we needed. But the service was good and all the staff were very kind.

Huge room with a kitchen just a short distance from the centre of Kandy so it was nice and quiet. The staff were really friendly and the breakfast was delicious. They have a beautiful rooftop infinity pool with views over the trees.
Nothing.

Large room, staff is friendly and trying to help but have limited possibilities
Dirty swimming pool (insects everywhere, pump not used), a lift that broke down when we were in there, ants in the bathroom, very slippery floor (dangerous with kids), very simple breakfast. You don't get a feeling you are in a resort/hotel here.
