Sehr schön Kernsaniertes altes Haus, wo mit Sinn und Verstand Räume umgestaltet.- und neu geschaffen worden sind. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Sauna war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Es waren Fahrräder im Gartenhaus vorhanden.

Sonnenschutz (Verdunkelung) im Obergeschoss an den Dachfenstern leider nur transparent, auch keine Fliegengitter vorhanden. Badezimmer im OG kann leider bei Personen über 1,80 cm nicht als Dusche genutzt werden, hier ist die Dachschräge im Weg. Es fehlten leider für draußen die Sonnenschirme und es war sonst kein Sonnenschutz auf der Terrasse vorhanden. In dieser Preisklasse sollte das eigentlich nicht passieren.
