The apartment was cute, clean and quiet. I assumed that because it had a separate apartment upstairs there would be a noise factor but there were no issues at all. Dale was great and easy to work with too. Next time I'm in town I'll definitely check out for vacancy.
The driveway is pretty steep and narrow in some places. That made it kinda hard to get in and out. I also thought that instead of 2 bunk beds there would have been a sofa bed. The owner may want to consider that for the future.
