Terrace on the roofs by Mmega

Ligging in de levendige wijk San Frediano, vol leuke pleintjes en de beste restaurants van de stad. Het appartement is ruim en was perfect schoongemaakt. Ideaal voor koppels met (maximum 2) kinderen of voor 2 koppels. We hebben enorm genoten van het appartement.

Er zijn eigenlijk maar 2 minpunten waarvan er eentje makkelijk op te lossen is. Er is namelijk maar 1 sleutel en die hangt vast aan het kaartje voor elektriciteit te hebben. Als je met 2 koppels gaat of je wil (zoals ik) vroeg gaan lopen dan is het wel moeilijk aangezien je dan de rest moet wakker bellen. Een extra sleutel voorzien is eenvoudig lijkt me. Het enige andere nadeel is dat het appartement op de bovenste verdieping ligt van het gebouw en er is enkel een smalle traphal en geen lift. Met zware koffers zeulen (zoals wij) is geen aanrader.

Perfect location, away from the hoards of tourists, but close enough to walk to severity Firenze has to offer. The apartment was well appointed with everything we needed. It was really clean and comfortable. Communication was excellent. The bed was really comfortable. Highly recommend.

Nothing not to like! Be aware though, that the apartment is on the 4th floor and only accessible by stairs so not suitable for people who would struggle with stairs.

Very clean apartment, lovely crisp sheets. The apartment on the south of the river was in a very quiet area so no noise at night. Our flight was cancelled and we had to stay in Florence another night, the office was very helpful in finding us a second apartment at the last minute.

We couldn't get the oven to work and there was no tea towel in either of the apartments we stayed in so if you are going to use the kitchen a lot then best to bring your own. The office did offer straight away to send someone to look at the oven. A small point but the TV could have been a bit bigger.

Place is good, matches description

Awful customer service. Upon arrival, we couldn’t enter the property as there was a problem with the lock, so we were stuck for about an hour outside not being able to drop off our stuff. Upon leaving the place, I realised I forgot my airtag attached to the keys. I asked to have it mailed back( I’d pay the shipping) I never got a response! Even after messaging them again.
