The place is perfect in every way - conveniently located near Didube metro station and marshrutka station, has a spacious room with balcony, peaceful and very pocket friendly. It has all the basic amenities.

Accoglienza e cortesia all'arrivo e durante il soggiorno, stazione metropolitana a 10 minuti e parcheggio moto privato sicuro. Supermercati, ristoranti e banche in zona. Posizione decentrata ma economica.
Riscaldare la camera con una stufetta elettrica non è il massimo ma fortunatamente è possibile lasciarla accesa anche se si lascia la camera così da trovarla calda al rientro. La colazione non è inclusa e sarebbe un bel servizio averla anche pagando un supplemento perché nei dintorni i locali aprono tutti alle 10.

Friendly staff. Lovely kittens. Crazy fun old lady feeding and interacting with kittens. Room has the basics. You get what you pay for. I cannot fault them for anything. Its cheap, its not a 5 star hotel, but it works. My stuff was safe. My room was cool thanks to airco. And the bed was good for sleep. I never wanted anything more. Would book again for future short stays.
Bathroom can be considered primitive, but it worked and did what it should do.
