Fraudulent listing of unsafe and unusable apartment with unresponsive and untrustworthy management- did not complete my

The property was NOT as advertised. The pictures were NOT of the apartment pictured here. There was NOWHERE to hang clothes, or even any drawers. There was no laundry facilities, the oven did not work. The shower did not work. The apartment was on the 4th floor in an unsafe area. As a solo female traveller i did not feel safe at all. It was incredibly loud, people screaming and slamming doors. I had intended to work from the apartment when not in meetings for my planned THREE week stay. This listing is fraudulent. Management was entirely unhelpful. I did not stay and struggled to get a response to get a refund. Worst experience i have ever had. Has significantly decreased my trust in the booking.com brand. To summarize- the listing is NOT as advertised. had ZERO amenities and is UNSAFE for solo female travellers or famiies.

It was average.

The property location.

There are many issues in the room. Bathroom could have been setup properly. The shower rod was loose and door handle was coming out. TV was not working for more than a week and had to follow up multiple times with staff. No working table to work from home even requested multiple times to provide.

Short and sweet

It was clean and tidy and only 5 minutes to work in the van. It was in a good location for everything I needed during my stay . Enjoyed my stay so much I’ve booked it for next week as I’m back in the area working .
