Very spacious and easy to access apartment (first floor). The kitchen had most of the basic cooking utilities we needed. There was a bus stop in front of the apartment which made it easy getting there.
Kitchen sink did not have detergent, room heating would shut off during the early morning hours (3-4am).

The location was excellent and very convenient for exploring Rome. Communication with the host was pleasant and efficient. When there was a power outage, the host came immediately and fixed the problem. We were also allowed a late check-out free of charge, which we really appreciated. Overall, the host was friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay.
The apartment was not clean. The bedding was old, and the beds were uncomfortable. The dishes and kitchenware were old and not properly cleaned. There was no kettle available. The hot water from the boiler ran out very quickly, making it difficult for several guests to shower. The iron and ironing board were old and in poor condition. Overall, the apartment did not meet the standard shown in the listing photos.
