El lugar es fantástico, la ubicación del departamento es genial para moverte en uber, metro, a pie, en bici o con patinetes. El anfitrión en todo momento estuvo en comunicación y respondía rápido mis inquietudes!

O apartamento é bem bacana, funcional, equipado, chuveiro a gás, camas Box, ele é de fundos (não tem tanto barulho da rua), tem cadeiras de praia que podem ser levadas pro mar. Um quarto é suíte. Fornecem 2 cópias da chave, o que facilita. Tinha umas cápsulas de café de cortesia e uns bombons.
Toalhas ásperas, o guarda sol que emprestaram está danificado, pouca quantidade de tomadas, sofá branco (suja muito). O prédio em si está mal cuidado demais, hall de entrada, paredes/pintura, escadas, um aspecto horroroso e de desleixo, baratas mortas no corredor do térreo, passa uma péssima imagem. Não tirei fotos. Última coisa, não menos importante, pedi alguns minutos de flexibilidade no check in e check out, não sendo atendido.

Great location in the heart of ipanema. We felt safe and were just a block from the beach. The park also hosts a good market at the weekend. Excellent communication with the host and the apartment was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The chocolate bowl was a nice, and very welcome touch!
