Ubicación del apartamentos, excelente.

El alojamiento era para 2 adultos y dos niños, la habitación con cama estaba excelente, pero el sofa cama destinado para dormir los niños, estaba sucio, no era cómodo. Realmente es la única queja que tenemos. Otra recomendación, seria que por ser época de verano, se debe considerar suministrar ventilador, teniendo en cuenta que el apartamento no tiene aire.

It was the worst!

The worst experience and apartment hotel! I absolutely do not recommend staying at this apartment to you. Let me share my story. One summer day, after a long flight, I arrived at the apartment around 5 PM with my young son. However, the entrance lock was broken, and despite struggling for more than an hour, we couldn’t get inside. We had to urgently book a nearby hotel. We were finally able to enter the apartment the next day. Still, we didn’t receive any refund for the first night. Moreover, the room itself was extremely disappointing—unclean, old, and dirty. It was the worst. La pire expérience et appart'hôtel ! Je ne vous recommande absolument pas de séjourner dans cet appartement. Permettez-moi de partager mon histoire. Un jour d'été, après un long vol, je suis arrivé à l'appartement vers 17h avec mon jeune fils. Cependant, la serrure de l'entrée était cassée et, malgré plus d'une heure d'efforts, nous n'avons pas pu entrer. Nous avons dû réserver en urgence un hôtel à proximité. Ce n'est que le lendemain que nous avons pu accéder à l'appartement. Pourtant, nous n'avons reçu aucun remboursement pour la première nuit. De plus, la chambre elle-même était extrêmement décevante : sale, vieille et mal entretenue. C'était la pire expérience. 最悪の体験！このアパートに滞在することは絶対におすすめしません。私の体験を共有します。ある夏の日、長時間のフライト後、午後5時頃に幼い息子と一緒にアパートに到着しました。しかし、玄関の鍵が壊れていて、1時間以上格闘しても中に入ることができませんでした。急遽近くのホテルを予約することになりました。翌日になってようやくアパートに入ることができましたが、初日の宿泊費の返金は一切ありません。さらに、部屋自体も非常にがっかりするもので、汚くて、古く、不衛生でした。最悪の体験です。

On était mieux dehors

Les murs de la salle de bains sont infestés de moisissures. Les draps ainsi que les serviettes de bain étaient tachés. Lampe dans la chambre cassée, canapé infesté de taches douteuses. Je laisse rarement de critiques négatives mais je trouve que taxer 20€ en supplément du coût de la location pour aider à entretenir les lieux est presque une bonne escroquerie lorsqu’on voit le niveau de prestation livré en terme d’hygiène et d’équipement.

Отличное расположение, в тихом и уютном районе Парижа. В пешей доступности достаточно магазинов, кондитерских и ресторанов. В квартире было достаточно чисто.

Мы приехали к заселению и не могли долго найти ключи, согласно инструкции, которую нам выслала объект размещения. После звонка агентству, оказалось, что нам в соседнюю квартиру (которая совершенно отличается от фотографий). Она схожа по дизайну и так далее, но в квартире не было стиральной машины( на фото есть), а мы бронировали на 8 дней. Также нам положили два набора полотенец, хотя нас было трое ( но в течении дня, донесли после нашего звонка). Квартира в ужасном состоянии: кран на кухне болтается, туалет протекает, паркет давно пора заменить. Ужасная слышимость соседей и коридора, по квартире невозможно тихо ходить, пол и двери скрипят, как в фильмах ужасов. Из принадлежностей лежал только один рулон туалетной бумаги, не было даже кухонного полотенца и банальных средств для уборки ( швабра или пылесос). В ванной комнате бойлер, поэтому ему решать какой температуры будет вода в душе.
