Perfect for a short stay in Hue and lovely staff.

Good location, comfortable room with Netflix

The staff were quite friendly, and the hotel has a very convenient location, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, as well as the waterfront. The area itself is cozy and pleasant. Initially, the hotel wanted to cancel our reservation because a previous guest had apparently flooded some electrical outlets before checking out. However, they eventually managed to accommodate us and even gave us a free room upgrade. The upgraded apartment had a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary cookware, a washing machine, and even a vertical ironing board, which was a nice surprise.

Unfortunately, the balcony door was a completely different story. The glass was apparently one millimeter away from death. At first, I thought the tiny pieces of glass were part of the design, but then I started pulling little shards out of my feet and toes. I even scratched my back on glass, and there were tiny pieces in the bed as well. Then I heard a very faint crunching sound, went over to the balcony, and discovered what looked like actual glass dust. Judging by how much of it I found, it had apparently spread throughout the entire apartment. So, four points off: one point for every microscopic piece of glass I had to pull out of my body.
