Casa L'incanto in Amalfi Coast con terrazza vista mare

Just magical place - panoramic views of the ocean and the nearby mountainside from the massive balcony, accessed by 2 big living room doors and the front bedroom - beyond compare. Most people travel to scenic spots to take in the view -- we were living in it! 2 bedrooms with VERY comfortable beds, extra pillows and blankets, 2 big and cheerful bathrooms, lovely big living/dining combo room with plenty of seating, and very well equipped kitchen. Spotlessly clean. Clearly, the people running this apartment care that it is comfortable and meets your every need. They checked we were ok (via WhatsApp) and quickly replied to our simple questions or requests (coffee filters!). Dedicated parking spot (off road) just a few steps from the door. Do not hesitate to book this truly gorgeous spot!!

Just be aware that driving here is truly a white-knuckles experience - you are constantly weaving up and down mountainsides on switchback roads, pulling over to avoid buses, holding your breath when inches from the side of a house, etc. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance, and a grocery store and pharmacy, but otherwise you will need to drive. It's 25 minutes to Amalfi and 50 to Positano (off season). Some people use the buses as the driving is so crazy, but I don't have experience with the routes/timetables. All that said -- anyone can stay in a bigger town or city -- you stay in THIS apartment because it is SPECTACULAR, and quiet, and remote, and relaxing -- you can't get that in any town/city apartment. We would definitely stay here again!!
