Zeer mooie locatie.
Enkele puntjes. De stroominstallatie is aandacht nodig. De lichtpunten boven de keukentafel en achter de voordeur worden door 3 schakelaars bediend. Op zichzelf prima. Maar de “hotelschakeling” tussen deze punten werkt niet correct. Daarnaast staat er geen stroom op de meest rechtse wandcontactdoos boven het aanrecht. Verder. De bezem is van povere kwaliteit, en er is geen buis bij de stofzuiger. Dus het is niet helemaal gelukt om de ruimtes bezemschoon achter te laten.

Die Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung war groß, hell mit viel Licht, Balkon.
Für diese Preisklasse - Kein W LAN - Keine Mikrowelle - Das Apartment war auf der 2. Etage + eine Etage zur Tiefgarage = 3 Etagen ohne Fahrstuhl
