This spacious 3-room apartment, featuring a balcony that catches the morning sun and offers a small view of the sea (seasonal), awaits you on the first floor of Villa Beatrice, which is easily accessible by elevator. Designed to accommodate up to 4 people and designated as smoke-free and pet-free, this vacation home offers a generous 83 square meters of living space where you’re guaranteed to feel right at home.
The Strandidyll apartment consists of a combined living/dining room with an integrated kitchen, two separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a hallway. The furnished balcony features an electric awning and is located off the living room.
Two high-quality leather sofas—one of which features an electrically adjustable reclining function—invite you to take a seat. A small selection of travel guides and fiction is available for you to browse. Of course, there’s also free Wi-Fi and a large-screen flat-panel TV, complete with smart features.
The exclusive built-in kitchen, featuring brand-name appliances from Liebherr, Bosch, Neff, Bauknecht, and WMF, isn’t just a feast for the eyes—it’s practically begging you to let your culinary skills run wild. The 4-zone ceramic cooktop with range hood, a raclette grill, a convenience-height oven, the dishwasher, the large fridge-freezer combo, and of course a kettle, a toaster, a drip coffee maker, and even a JURA fully automatic coffee machine (including a starter supply of coffee beans) make things easy for you.
You can choose to dine at the large dining table in the living area or outside on the balcony in the fresh Baltic Sea air. If you’d rather treat yourself to a meal at a restaurant or café, there are plenty of options within walking distance.
In the bedrooms, which feature a large closet for your vacation wardrobe and a second TV, wonderfully comfortable box-spring beds (1.80 x 2.00 m) promise sweet dreams. The bedside lamps are a special highlight. Not only do they provide atmospheric lighting, but they can also play your own playlist or favorite audiobook via Bluetooth.
The spacious bathrooms feature walk-in showers, a toilet, illuminated vanities with large mirrors, a hair dryer, and a towel warmer. Modern underfloor heating ensures a comfortable indoor climate here and in all other rooms of the apartment.
As a special extra, a beach chair is available to you free of charge on the beach during the season (usually between May and the end of September).
