Apartment 4 on the first floor is a beautifully furnished two-room apartment with 70 square meters of living space, designed to accommodate two people. The spacious balcony on the left side of the building is bathed in midday and evening sun. Whenever the weather permits, you can enjoy your meals outdoors or simply take in the Baltic Sea air.


Thanks to the open floor plan of your vacation home, the wonderfully spacious living room is accessible from both the hallway and the kitchen. A large genuine leather sofa corner invites you to get comfortable in front of the huge Smart TV or to read a good book again. A stereo system and free Wi-Fi are, of course, also available.


Under the solid wood parquet flooring, underfloor heating discreetly ensures a pleasant indoor climate. Your gaze wanders delightfully over lovingly arranged decorations and pictures, cozy pillows and blankets, all the way to the round dining table by the floor-to-ceiling windows.


The separate kitchen right next door is equipped with everything you could possibly need to cook for yourself, should you not be dining at one of the town’s highly recommended restaurants. In addition to a 4-zone ceramic cooktop with oven and range hood, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster, the kitchen naturally also includes the necessary dishes and other small kitchen items.


In the bedroom, which features an additional smart TV and a walk-in closet, a wonderfully comfortable box-spring double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) promises the very best sleep experience. Apartment 4 can be booked for 1–2 people. Out of consideration for subsequent guests, smoking inside the apartment and bringing pets are not permitted.


A parking space assigned to the apartment is available on the property behind the house. Bicycles can be safely stored in the shared storage room in the basement of the house.
