On the upper floor of this charming single-family home, you’ll find this cozy, well-furnished 3-room apartment with approximately 113 m² of living space.
The spacious living room, measuring a good 35 m², offers plenty of room to really make yourself at home. Equipped with a comfortable couch and armchairs, a flat-screen TV, a stereo system with radio and CD player, and a large dining table for 4 people, it even features a fireplace for those especially cozy moments. Free Wi-Fi is also available. The front terrace is a wonderful place to relax or enjoy a meal. The balcony and terrace furniture is available seasonally—typically from May through the end of September.
The separate kitchen is modernly equipped with a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a De’Longhi coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and various small kitchen items that round out the excellent amenities. A small table with two chairs is ready for your morning coffee.
The large bathroom in your vacation home features a walk-in shower, a corner bathtub, a sink, a toilet, and a bidet. There is also a second restroom, where you’ll find a washing machine, a dryer, and ironing supplies.
The larger of the two bedrooms features a double bed and ample storage space for your vacation wardrobe. The smaller bedroom features, among other things, a queen-size bed and an additional TV. Electric exterior blinds ensure that the morning sun stays outside, allowing late sleepers to start their day in complete relaxation.

• In the basement, you can use two pieces of fitness equipment and the apartment’s own infrared sauna.
• A garage parking space and an outdoor parking space are available on the property for your cars. Bicycles can be stored in the garage.

A security deposit of 200 euros is charged at the time of booking and will be refunded after the rental property has been inspected and found to be in good condition.
