The Jasmund Penthouse offers you approximately 100 m² of living space:
• a spacious, open-concept living and dining area with a generous kitchenette
• a large balcony
• 2 bedrooms
• a bathroom with a double sink, toilet, and large shower with a rain showerhead
• a separate guest restroom and an utility room
The living and dining area (approx. 44 m²) is furnished with a comfortable leather sofa set and a 58" UHD SMART TV.
The kitchen area, integrated into the living room and featuring a separate dining table, boasts high-quality appliances. A MIELE oven, microwave, 4-burner ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer, as well as various small appliances (toaster, electric kettle, egg cooker), round out the kitchen amenities.
Enjoy a free cup of fresh coffee from the JURA fully automatic coffee machine.
During the cooler months, the underfloor heating ensures a cozy atmosphere. A fireplace and firewood are also available.
The large balcony (approx. 13 m²) is accessible from both the kitchen and the living room. It’s perfect for breakfast or relaxing. Feel free to use the cozy seating area and the Weber electric grill provided there.
Both bedrooms are furnished with double beds. Each has its own HD TV and closets for your vacation wardrobe.
The double bed in the second bedroom can also be converted into two single beds if desired.
