The 32-square-meter living room is cozily furnished with a seating area featuring a couch and an armchair. The entertainment system includes a Loewe flat-screen TV (107 cm) and a stereo system with a DVD player. A small selection of DVDs is also available for your use. You can enjoy entertaining evenings with some of the board games provided in the apartment.
The living/dining area features a fully equipped kitchen that blends harmoniously into the space, complete with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. All appliances are by Miele. A Nespresso De’Longhi Pixi coffee machine is also available for your use during your stay. The kitchen floor is tiled; the rest of the living area, as well as the two bedrooms and the entryway, are covered with high-quality laminate flooring.
On the apartment’s 10-square-meter furnished balcony, you can enjoy the evening sun with a glass of wine and take in a beautiful view of Binz’s green surroundings. There’s even a beach chair here for you to snuggle up in.
