Apartment 23 is an elegantly and comfortably furnished 4-room attic apartment with a living area of approximately 100 m² and a spacious, furnished balcony (approx. 10 m²) facing west with a side view of the lake.
The apartment features a very spacious living room (approx. 43 m²) with a pull-out sleeper sofa, a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchenette (including an oven, a 4-burner glass-ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, and a microwave). The technical amenities include an LCD TV (there is another TV in one of the bedrooms), a DVD/Blu-ray player, and a stereo system with a CD player. Wi-Fi was deliberately omitted when furnishing the apartment—a digital detox, so to speak. If you absolutely cannot do without the internet, please use your own data plan.
