This half of the house, measuring just over 70 m² and spread over two levels, features a spacious elevated terrace (approx. 17 m²) facing the sunny south. The first floor includes a living and dining area with a comfortable seating area and a sleeper sofa (which can accommodate two additional guests). There is also a large dining table, a smart TV, a stereo system with a CD/DVD player, and a fireplace (firewood included). Internet access via LAN and Wi-Fi is available in the apartment.
The kitchenette, which is also very well-equipped with a dishwasher, oven, 4-burner ceramic cooktop, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment***, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and other kitchen utensils, leaves nothing to be desired.
The comfortable shower room with a sink, mirror, toilet, and towel warmer rounds out the exclusive feel of this floor.
On the upper floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with two single beds, and the second bathroom, equipped with a bathtub, toilet, sink, mirror, and towel warmer. Gentle sloping ceilings create a cozy atmosphere.
The sunny, south-facing rooftop terrace is partially covered. The two sun loungers and the seating area extend the exclusive furnishings to the outdoor space, offering the perfect setting to feel completely at ease.
Half of the house (No. 2) can be booked for 1–6 people. Out of consideration for future guests, smoking indoors and bringing pets are not permitted.
Casa Sellin has a total of 2 non-smoking halves, which can be booked individually or together as a complete house for up to 12 people.
Good to know:
• In the basement, a washing machine, a dryer, and a sauna are available for a fee. You’ll also find an ironing board with an iron, a fitness room with a TV, foosball, darts, an abdominal trainer, and a stepper.
• Each apartment comes with two parking spaces in front of the building. You’re welcome to store your bicycles safely in a garage.
For bookings during the off-season (Relaxation Period [&] Relax Time) when renting the entire house, you’ll receive
a 10% discount on the nightly rate!
