Decks Ahoy has everything your family wants on your coastal vacation! Enjoy your incredible view from the expansive deck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Taking a dip in the heated pool will be a necessity after a long day at the beach or just relax in the Hot Tub! You can even enjoy a warm pool from mid April until early October with the stress-free Solar Power Heated technology at no additional cost (Heat temp is dependent on the sun and can NOT be maintained or determined).
Ground Level: Your family will enjoy the Den that is fully equipped with a Flat Screen TV, Pool Table, Full Kitchen with a refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. There is direct access to the beach. Walk right out on the covered porch to the Hot Tub, Private Ocean Front Pool and the beach! Bedroom #1 has Queen and shared a Bath; Bedroom #2 has Queen and a shared Bath; Bedroom #3 has 2 Twins and a shared Bath; Bedroom #4 has 2 Twin Bunk sets and a shared Bath.

Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.
Rents Weekly only Saturday - Saturday.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
