The location is perfect. Beautiful views of the ocean. The check in process was easy. The beds were very comfortable. The house could use some decor as it is very plain.
When we checked in, everything was very clean. We went to grill when we got there because it was lunch time but there was no propane tank for the grill. We called the company and apparently we have to go pick up the propane tank as it is not provided. It was free though. Not a huge deal as the office was 5 minutes away. But after driving 10 hours we just wanted to relax and not go back out.
We went to do some laundry and the laundry door was locked. The key pad on the door was dead. There was a key to unlock the key pad since it was dead so we did that. But the doorknob itself was locked inside so we could not get in. Someone from the company came and checked it out. He had a pin to unlock the door knob for us. But since there was only one key to the laundry room and the company didn’t have an extra copy the guy took the key to copy it and said he would bring it back but never did.
On Wednesday, we went out in the morning and came back around dinner time to the bathroom floor flooded. We called and someone came to check it out. There is a crack in the toilet. He said a guy would come replace it tomorrow & turned off water. No one came. I called Thursday afternoon and no one to knew about the issue. They sent another guy who said he would come fix it friday. 48 hours with 1 toilet for 5 people. Not okay.
