The open plan living area is furnished with a plush sofa, Smart TV and dining table.
Featuring a spacious master bedroom with City views, a luxurious Queen size bed, Smart TV, walk-in robe and modern en-suite.
Second bedroom has a Queen size bed, Smart TV and wardrobe, whilst the third bedroom boasts 2 single beds and wardrobe.
There is a central bathroom with walk-in shower, bath, mirrored vanity and toilet.
The living room flows seamlessly out to the semi-enclosed balcony with a six person table. Enjoy alfresco dining while you take in views overlooking the city and out to the mountain ranges.
The property is fully air-conditioned with the addition of ceiling fans, free Wi-Fi and includes a laundry with washing machine and dryer.
