Spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo designed for comfort and relaxation
3 King beds, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests
Fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials for preparing meals
Open-concept dining area and living room, perfect for gathering together
Large private balcony to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings
In-unit washer and dryer for your convenience
Complimentary high-speed WiFi and Smart TVs
Fresh bed linens and bath towels provided for all guests
Bath towels are for indoor use only—please bring your own beach towels
Beach chairs, umbrellas, and other beach equipment are not provided due to damage and loss of these items
Guest Access:
*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.
*Access the pool with wristbands (6 wristbands are placed in the kitchen drawer) All 6 Pool wristbands must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken wristband)
*NO mailbox for this location.
*Washer/dryer available in the unit.
*Parking is free.
* motorcycles and trailers are not allowed on premises.

Beautiful quiet neighborhood, just a mile inland near the heart of Myrtle Beach, positioned around the golf course of Myrtlewood golf club. This location featured with BBQ areas, walking trails, beautiful landscaping. Only few minutes away from the beach, Broadway at the Beach, the mall, airport, convention center, wax museum, lots of restaurants, outlets and night clubs.

*Charging electrical vehicles is not allowed.
*Pool wristbands are counted after each stay.
*Please review my house rules.
*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.

*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)
