This beautiful, unique 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is furnished with all the amenities to make you feel at home. This is a 2nd floor end unit is overlooking holes #13 &14 on the Myrtlewood Pine Hills course. The balcony is spacious and private with no condo buildings next door. End unit has views of the golf course from every window. Very open, bright and relaxing condo to spend time with friends and family. The unit sleeps 6 with a king bed in the master and queen beds in the other two rooms. Available with wireless internet and cable. Each room has its own flat screen TVs.
Access to numerous outdoor pools, indoor pool, rec center and weight room. The rec center also has BBQs, picnic tables, cornhole and horseshoes for larger gatherings. There are additional BBQs located at every outdoor pool.
The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave and garbage disposal. Views of the 14th green are right outside the kitchen window. There is a full washer and dryer as well with ironing board and iron.
The condo is conveniently located just of 17 bypass. Golf is in your backyard! Only 3 minutes to the beach, shopping & restaurants, 3 min Boardwalk at the Beach, 5 min to Ripken Stadium fields, 10 min to Myrtle Beach International Airport, 10 min to downtown Myrtle Beach, 10-15 minutes to Tanger Outlets and Barefoot Landing.

We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed this condo. It was very clean, spacious, and well-maintained, which made it feel comfortable right away. The location was excellent—everything we needed was nearby and easy to access. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience and would absolutely choose to stay here again in the future.There were just a couple of minor issues worth mentioning. If you’re like us and prefer to stay on a schedule and prepare meals at home, we found the condo to be a bit lacking in basic household staples such as toilet paper, paper towels, plastic wrap or foil, and spices. As a result, we did need to purchase several of these essentials during our stay.Additionally, the unit requires carrying luggage up two flights of stairs. While this wasn’t a major problem for us, it could be challenging for guests who are older or have mobility or health concerns.Overall, these were small inconveniences compared to how much we enjoyed the condo, and they would not prevent us from booking here again. We would happily return and highly recommend it to others.Kelley, Karen and Cheryl

The space was very comfortable with space for everyone. Nicely decorated.
Nice view of the golf course.
We didn't care for the pans. Everything stuck to them. Loved the choice if coffee makers. Lots of towels!

Unit was not very clean, while some updates have been made it is still in need of "TLC" . the furniture is old and torn. Hooks in the bathroom would have been helpful. There was no water pressure in one of the showers. Location is great -- check in was tedious. We were not given any instructions and were later questioned by security guard while at pool because we did not have wristbands. Pools were very nice. In retrospect, I now understand why the pricing was so reasonable. My opinion is that this is a perfect place for male golfers. In spite of these deficiencies had a wonderful time with friends. Deck is great. Close to the beach.
