Welcome to your next escape! This waterfront condo is nestled in one of Myrtle Beach’s most sought-after golf communities. Just 2–3 miles from the stunning shoreline, the peaceful complex offers the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience. Enjoy a serene setting surrounded by lush greens, while still being just a short drive from all the excitement and attractions the area has to offer. Ideal for a golf or beach getaway, whether you're a couple or bringing the whole family!



The Space:

Your comfort and safety are our highest priorities. Along with a thorough cleaning process carried out by our professional team, we offer a contactless check-in experience. The entryway is open-air, allowing you to bypass enclosed hallways and busy check-in areas for added peace of mind.



**Quiet hours 10 pm to 8 am**



Parking: Easy access private parking lot. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, RVs, or boats kept in the parking lot.



Entry: 2nd floor unit. Self check-in with keypad.



Kitchen: Fully stocked - includes cups, plates, utensils, keurig coffee maker along with drip coffee maker, pots and pans, and more!



Family Room: Relax in the open-concept space featuring ample seating and a sleeper sofa, all while taking in beautiful pond views!



Bedroom 1: Queen bed and a smart TV for streaming your favorite shows.



Bathroom 1: Attached to bedroom 1. Shower/Tub.



Bedroom 2: Two single beds. TV equipped with a Firestick.



Bathroom 2: Attached to bedroom 2 and hallway.



Bedroom 3: King bed and TV equipped with a Firestick.



Balcony: Nice seating area to enjoy the fresh air and pond views.



Pools: There are several unheated pools around the complex pond that are open year-round.



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided but guest will be responsible for anything not provided or any resupply needed during stay. We also do not provide extra towels throughout your stay, but guests are welcome to use the laundry facility.



Washer/Dryer: Private machines located inside the unit.



Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire condo (except for any locked owners closet) along with access to the community pool, and, of course, the highly recognized nearby golf courses (extra fees apply).

Feel free to bring your golf clubs, beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.



No pets. By the HOA guidelines, we kindly ask that the booking guest needs to be at least 25 years of age or older with identity verified through the booking platform



Max guest count is 6.



Routine pest control happens every 1st Friday of February, May, August & November. On the day of service, a technician will need access to the property in order to complete the treatment, and we kindly request that guests allow entry. You will be notified a few days prior to the scheduled visit. Please note that if access is not provided, a fine of up to $250 may be applied to the reservation.
