Appliances consist of a Range cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer, and two TVs. Outside there is an enclosed garden with elevated lawn, patio areas with furniture, and off-road parking for five cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included, along with a highchair, travel cot and stairgate. You'll find a shop in 7.6 miles, pub in 7.7 miles, and Llyn Celyn in 1.6 miles. Escape to the best of Gwynedd at Craig Yr Ronwy. Note: There are steps in the garden and to the exterior; please take care. Note: Parking is available in the garden, and in the field opposite the home; please keep the farm track clear. Note: Dogs must be supervised at all times, due to neighbouring farmland.
