2/2, 1,250 sq. ft. home with a huge 3rd floor rooftop patio with Ocean views, grill, sink, and outdoor dining tables and chairs. Watch the sunrise in the morning and the stars at night. The open kitchen, dining and living rooms were recently renovated, and new flooring installed through house. Also have first floor patio with seating and ping pong table. Very quiet, family-oriented neighborhood, and a park is across the street. Neighborhood has ocean access, can launch a kayak or swim.
2 bedrooms, the master bedroom has a queen sized bed, and the other can be an office or set up as a bedroom. One bathroom is in the master bedroom and the other bathroom is off the hallway. Living room has sleeper sofa with queen sized memory foam mattress. Fully equipped kitchen with 6 burner gas stove and two ovens. Home has front loading washer/dryer.
Walk to many restaurants, stores, and a gym. Scuba/snorkel/fishing charters just down the road. Harry Harris park with beach access is 5 mt. drive and Founders park with beach access, pool, and tennis, pickle ball, and basketball courts is a 10 mt. drive. Many more Islamorada and Key Largo restaurants and bars within 10-20 mts. Key West is an easy day trip at 2-2.5 hrs away.
