Come and discover this spacious house of 130m2, located only three minutes walk from the marina, the city center, and the Chenal de la Grève, where you can taste, in one of the typical huts, a local speciality! (éclades, oysters...). Quiet house not overlooked.
Close to the Ile d'Oléron, Marennes or Ronce-les-Bains, it is perfectly located to discover the beaches and the riches of our region.
The accommodation offers on the first floor a large living room with lounge area and pellet stove, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, a master suite with shower room and separate toilets.
Upstairs, two bedrooms, one double, a bathroom (bath) + WC.
The rooms on the first floor open onto a fully enclosed and unoverlooked exterior including two terraces (one of which is covered), a plancha, a barbecue and sunbeds. Ideal for relaxing and recharging your batteries!
Possibility to park a vehicle in the rear part of the garden (fenced) and also on a small parking lot in front and on a second larger one behind the property.
