Rubens: Simple, comfortable apartment block "Gràcia: Parc Güell", 4 storeys, built in 1976. In the resort, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope. Private: terrace (16 m2). In the house: lift. Public car park at 700 m, public parking on the road extra. Shop 20 m, supermarket 300 m, restaurant, bus stop "Vaixada de Gomis" 400 m, underground station "Vallcarca" 500 m. Nearby attractions: Sagrada Familia 3.6 km, Parc Güell 950 m, Plaça Catalunya 4.1 km, Passeig de Grácia 3 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

My wife and I just returned from a week in Barcelona. Loved the apartment. We were met promptly and showed the place. Well appointed kitchen, bedroom and bath. Beautiful views from the outdoor balcony and sitting area. In Gràcia, a cool but quiet neighborhood that’s a nice respite from the busy city. Metro stop at Vallcarca close by, which we used daily. Close to Parc Güell. Easy checkout. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!
