The open floor plan features a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances that opens to the living room, where you can relax and enjoy the two-story windows that allow you to take in the stunning exterior views.
The Songbird offers 3 bedrooms, along with a fun bunk room, 3 full baths, and 2 convenient half baths. The game room is the perfect place to unwind and have fun with friends and family, featuring a theater, pool table, game console, and bar seating.

We really enjoyed staying in the new Songbird Home. We had 8 total people in our group consisting of Adults/Teenagers/Kids.. plenty of room and plenty of parking.. The pool table and hot tub was a plus! We liked the location being close to all the fun. It’s just a couple of minutes from the main road in Pigeon Forge. Plenty of restaurants and attractions for all ages.. less than 10 mins with traffic to Dollywood. Thank you.
