About this docked boat rental

Great houseboat rental located in Venice Marina. One of only a few houseboats that's docked right against the parking lot. No need to haul gear up and down the docks, you can literally drive right to the houseboat. Sleeps 9 easily. We have room for 3 boats to dock as well.

Please leave $75 on the table at checkout for cleaning fee. Thanks

Property was in a great location. Had a hiccup at check-in but owner made it right. Overall a good stay.

Pillows could be replaced. Also spider webs could be knocked down if there is a cleaning fee attached to the rate that is already paid. Handrail outside is very loose could be a hazard for future stays.

Property was not cleaned upon arrival. Owner said he would credit us $100 and never did. Also, entrance onto boat was very unsafe.
