About this house rental
Unwind at this stunning mountain environment. The house was lovingly decorated for you to make you feel at your own place. Everything you need is there. Enjoy the peaceful views since we have a trail right next to it. The house is located in the south of Denver, a perfect location to get away to the mountains. Although shops and restaurants are only a five-minute drive away, the area feels peaceful and secluded. This townhouse is waiting for you all.
The space
2 story townhouse, with all three bedrooms located on the top floor. Master bedroom has a Queen size bed, en-suite Master bedroom, and closet. Two additional secondary bedrooms both have queen-size beds. Additional full bathroom and laundry room are located on the upper level.
The main level included a modern kitchen, with quartz counter top, stainless steel appliances, backsplash, and additional dining table with TV.
Very spacious living and dining room areas with TV and comfortable sofa.
One cover garage and private face backyard.
The desirable location in a quiet community with exceptional walking and biking trails.

It was a wonderful four night stay! The host has done a great job of stocking the kitchen for making in-home meals. We loved the location. Loved the outdoor sitting area for our morning coffee! We took advantage of the multi-use trail next to the townhome. One morning we saw two baby farms running and playing near mama doe. We enjoyed going to Parker just a quick drive from there which had everything one would ever need for shopping and entertainment. In short, the whole experience was wonderful. Highly recommend.

This property was lovely and perfect for our adult family of 5. Not sure what was so upsetting for the guy that rated it a 2 (we actually used the desk provided for an online college course, found an extra blanket for couch sitting and had plenty of room to all relax on the couch) but it was a 10/10 for us. We came in for sightseeing and a family wedding over the holiday weekend and it was a good location for everything. Quick communication with host, easy to find, nice location and lots of things to stay home and eat or go out. Highly recommend.
