Located 350m from Cameron's Bight on the front beach and 1.2km to the back beach walking trails. Only 900m metres to the Yacht Squadron, 1km to Koonya Store and 1.5km to the cafes and shops.
Designed with comfort and convenience in mind, this well-appointed home offers everything you need for a relaxing beach getaway.
The spacious master bedroom features a queen bed, built-in robes and a private ensuite, while the second bedroom also includes a queen bed and built-in robes. The third bedroom is perfect for families, offering a tri-bunk (double bed below, single above) plus an additional set of single bunk beds. All bedrooms include built-in robes, providing plenty of storage for longer stays.
The fully equipped kitchen is the heart of the home, featuring quality European appliances including an oven, cooktop, dishwasher, coffee machine and plumbed refrigerator. You'll find everything you need to prepare meals, with ample bench space, a breakfast bar, and a full range of crockery, glassware, cookware and utensils.

We had a fantastic stay at Mark’s place.The home has everything you need for a relaxing break. The beds were super comfy.There’s lots of space both inside and outside.The house is in a great location, just a 5minute walk to the front beach.Hopefully we can stay here again.Definitely 5 Stars all round

We absolutely loved our stay. The place is much bigger and better than I thought and could easily accomodate 2 families if the kids are happy to share the bunk room. The backyard is huge and perfect for summer cricket. The kitchen and bathrooms were all pristine and the location is amazing - 2 streets from the front beach and very close to Sorrento and Blairgowrie shops. We absolutely loved it (2 adults 2 children) and would love to come back. Excellent value, seamless check in, great communication, lots of little extras like plenty of toilet paper and dishwasher pods which we don’t always find with rentals - far exceeded expectations and we are so glad we booked it!
