About this house rental
Enjoy your stay at Georgetown Lake in this newly constructed home! Located across the street from Denton's Point Marina. You will be surrounded by expansive views of the lake & the Pintler Mountains. Georgetown Lake is a 4 season recreational wonderland with incredible downhill and x-country skiing, a world class golf course, endless hiking, 4 wheeling, snowmobiling, abundant wildlife & countless mountain lakes, rivers and streams out the back door.
This home can be described as modern with a touch of rustic design. With 3 bedrooms & 2.5 bath, there's plenty of space for everyone without feeling cramped together. No matter which season you choose to stay during, this property is a great choice. It's one of the easier properties to access in the winter & is located close to the county maintained road that takes you around the lake. Denton's Point has a public boat launch so you'd be able to have your boat in the water in a matter of minutes after leaving the house.
BATHROOMS, BEDROOMS, SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
-The house is able to sleep 10 people between 3 queen beds & 2 sets of bunk beds.
-Upstairs you'll find 3 bedrooms. Each has a queen bed with comfortable mattresses and linens. One of the bedrooms has an en suite full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. All of the bedrooms have blackout shades so you're able to sleep in and enjoy your vacation.
-There's a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo in the hallway by the up stairs bedrooms.
-Downstairs in the family room, there's 2 bunk beds which offer sleeping arrangement for 4 people.
-There's a half bath located off the downstairs laundry room.
KITCHEN & DINING:
The high-end kitchen is well equipped with pots & pans, dishes, and other items to ensure you have a fantastic cooking experience. There is also a outdoor gas grill available for your use. There is seating for 8 around the dining room table & another 4 seats at the bar area in the kitchen. If you need extra seating for meals, there is another table with seating for up to 6 in the family room. If you'd prefer to enjoy the fresh air while you dine, there is a table with chairs outside on the deck.
UPSTAIRS LIVING ROOM:
After a fun day of playing at the lake or ski hill, enjoy unwinding in the living room to the warmth of the wood stove. There is a comfortable sectional with generous seating for you and your group to relax as you enjoy a movie together or to just sit and chat all evening. There is a smart TV that will allow you to sign in to any streaming services you may have. You'll have access to high speed internet to upload all of your fantastic photos or keep up with business.
DOWNSTAIRS FAMILY ROOM
-Enjoy your time hanging out in the cabin themed family room. Whether you're looking to relax and watch television or challenge your family to a game of Foosball or darts, you're sure to find an activity you enjoy! There's a selection of card and boards games to choose from as well.
LAUNDRY
-A full size washer & dryer is located downstairs off the family room.
Guests will have access to the entire house with the exception of a locked supply closet and 1 bay of the garage
The property manager will be reachable during your stay if you have any questions or issues
Besides being located at Georgetown Lake, you're not too far from other fishing opportunities. Rock Creek, a Blue Ribbon fishery, is 45 minutes away. The Big Hole River is a little less than an hour and a half away.

Lovely, spacious place for multiple families. Great setup for kids to hang out downstairs and play games, while adults enjoy the upstairs. Lots of comfy places to gather as well. Unfortunately, there was a strange lack of common items (like Kleenex, lotion, pepper for the kitchen, sand for the shuffle board (i.e., it was unplayable), a welcome book with helpful house info, etc.), and, more importantly, there were dead flies at every door/window, dust on all the glassware, and it was a bit treacherous getting in and out of the house due to ice buildup and no clear walkway, as well as dog poop on the patio. I’m assuming some of this was because Maybe there hasn’t been a visitor in a while, but some of these issues made for a less than ideal stay.

We were there to ski during the day and spend time with family in the evenings. The house was perfect. We had everything we needed. The house is beautiful and comfortable and well laid out. Only thing missing is hot tub.

Fantastic home with a spectacular view of the lake. Plenty of room for two families (8 people total) with room to spare. The location was great, and the property manager was wonderful to work with. Would definitely visit again. Thank you!
