Amidst the glow of the twinkle lights, enjoy the waterside deck complete with alfresco dining, or opt for a soak in the bubbling warmth of the hot tub. When you'd prefer to get out on the water, feel free to utilize the dock's tie-offs to board your boat. A walk up the yard, a gas grill, two levels of outdoor seating, and a peaceful hammock spot await peaceful afternoons.

Composed of wood finishes, comfortable furnishings, and continued views - the interior of Big Creek Getaway is just as impressive as the outside. Blending together perfectly, the full kitchen, dining area, and cozy living room will maximize your time spent with loved ones. Any chef would adore the kitchen's stainless steel appliances, ample meal prep space, and sizable breakfast bar. With five bedrooms to choose from, rest assured that there will be no arguments over room selection. When additional sleeping arrangements are needed, utilize the loft's sofa beds.

As evening nears, head for the basement family room where you can prepare a delicious drink at the bar and gather around the table for a board game night. Don't forget to gaze up at the starry night sky around the warmth of the firepit - a sight not to be missed!

Near Big Creek Getaway, explore numerous state parks, or head for downtown Knoxville for a fun night out filled with dining and shopping.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The dock has two tie-offs if you are bringing your own boat or jet ski and want to tie it to the dock. Please be aware that the main slip is used full-time to store the homeowner's boat.
The homeowner's boat and 2 jet skis are NOT available for guest use and there will be a $1000 fine each for tampering with either of these.
Please note: the driveway to access this unit is steep.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
