Welcome to Scottsdale Casa del Sol! Escape from dreary weather, rain or the bustling city to the little slice of paradise we call Scottsdale! Nestled in a serene neighborhood, this stunning retreat is just a stone s throw to some of the best things the city has to offer. The temperate weather of Arizona smacks of Clint Eastwood s and John Wayne s Wild West. Go on a guided horseback riding adventure and get in touch with your inner cowboy or cowgirl. Or for a more recreational experience, enjoy any of the 15 top-rated golf clubs within easy driving distance. My wife s favorite mall in the world is also in Scottsdale: Kirkland Commons. If you re interested in something a little different, you are also close to the huge Waste Management golf tourney as well as to the truly spectacular Barret- Jackson car auction.
The two-story casa del sol is perfect for family getaways or group adventures offering nearly 3000 square feet of luxurious living space, boasting four bedrooms and three bathrooms to comfortably host up to 12 guests.

The Space:
Step through the front door into a charming living room and you ll also see a swell dining area and modern kitchen. Relax in plush comfort with a 60 Smart TV and a decorative fireplace or enjoy a game of billiards at the pool table loser can do the dishes! The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a glass-top stove. Start your mornings in the cozy nook with seating for four, perfect for coffee and gossip sessions (my wife s favorite). Host delightful dinners with seating for six guests your culinary creations (or, if you re like me, your Uber Eats orders) deserve an audience!
Look out through the window and you ll see a private backyard oasis! Dive into the sparkling heated pool or unwind in the hot tub (my favorite part of the house). Hone your short game on the two-hole putting green or sizzle up some burgers on the propane BBQ. The outdoor seating area is ideal for sunset cocktails and stargazing. We also love that the backyard is a corner lot, giving you privacy on both sides. Finally, if you and your friends have rented a car or had a road trip, there is a two-car garage that s fully accessible.
Please note, the pool and hot tub can not be heated at the same time. The hot tub is heated from 5pm to 10pm.

⁃ Master Bedroom (Upper level): King bed and Smart TV. The en suite bathroom has dual sinks, a soaking tub, and a separate subway-tiled shower.
⁃ Bedroom 2 (Upper level): Queen bed, Smart TV, a desk area, and window bench seating. Shares a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
⁃ Bedroom 3 (Upper level): Queen bed, Smart TV, and window bench seating. Access to a shared full bathroom with single sink and tub/shower combo.
⁃ Bedroom 4 (Main level): Two Twin over Queen Bunk Beds, Smart TV, and ample closet storage. Access to a shared full bathroom with double sinks and a tub/shower combo.

Laundry: Full-size washer and dryer.
Parking: Two-car garage, plus driveway parking for two more vehicles.
Air Conditioning: Central A/C.
Yes (1) dog allowed with $250 pet fee non-refundable pet fee.

Neighborhood quiet hours: 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. Please respect the local tranquility no late-night cannonballs!

Relaxing vibe by pool. House has everything needed to just chill for a week and relax with pool, jacuzzi, bbq, fire table, pool table and tons of other games. Good location with easy access to all areas, towns.

My family and friends stayed at this lovely location for three nights and four days. The house was perfect for a family game day and relaxing by the pool. The beds were very comfortable and the house set up was perfect for a large group of people. I highly recommend staying here. The business that runs the location were very helpful throughout the entire experience. Have fun!
