The best group trips have one thing in common — the right house. This is it.
Five bedrooms, two master suites — one on each floor so the adults in the group actually get to unwind.
Kids claim the loft. Someone's in the pool before the bags are unpacked. Nobody's fighting over the bathroom. That's not an accident — it's 4,000 square feet designed to give a large group room to breathe and reason to stay put.
The backyard is where the days dissolve. Heated pool, hot tub, a fire pit, outdoor dining, and enough seating to spread out without losing the group. Evenings out here have a way of running long — in the best way.
When the desert finally cools everyone inside, the kitchen is ready for whoever's cooking and everyone else who wanders in to watch. The fireplace pulls the room together. The balcony off the upstairs master is for whoever wakes up first and wants it to themselves.
North Scottsdale delivers when you need it to — world-class golf, the trails of McDowell Sonoran Preserve, and a dining scene worth the reservation. But the harder sell is getting everyone off the patio long enough to go.

Stayed for the waste management open, the house was extremely comfortable and well furnished. Nice and quiet neighborhood but convenient location for the open and not too far from oldtown for night life. Would definitely stay here again
