Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place.The Net Loft of Stonington “F” is one of 4 luxury apartments that are more like presidential suites. Fully applianced kitchens with everything you need. Gorgeous tiled baths with heated floors into the curbless showers with rain heads in the M/Bath. King beds in both B/Rs and a queen poppy bed in the L/R. sprinkler system and state of the art security alarms for your families safety. Washer dryers. With 4 units we can host 24 comfortable. 5 🌟
Our guests have no restrictions on the property. You will have the whole unit to yourselves and full access to the fenced in area with the gazebo, gas grill, picnic tables and fire pit.
You will have your whole unit to yourselves, plus the common area that connects the 4 units. There is a private entry to get in with a keypad code to open the entry door. Each unit has its own coded entry door for your security. We have an elevator for those who are elderly or handicapped.
Our building is located on Old Stonington rd. This is a private rd that serves my business , the Dog Watch Barbecue restaurant just across the street and the newly developed Lambs Way subdivision, consisting of multimillion dollar homes at the end of the road. The Big Y super market is also next door hidden by the woods but just a short 5 minute walk if you choose.
Mystic Ct is a quant little town founded in the 1600’s as a fishing and whaling ship destination. Famous for the Mystic Seaport attraction and the Mystic aquarium. The train is not far from downtown and the famous Mystic drawbridge. It is an easy commute from New York and Boston by train. You can take a ferry from Long Island and Montauk point right into New London which is a 15 minute ride to Mystic. You can Uber, Limo or taxi right to our doorstep. You can drive just about anywhere you want to go. Mystic has lots of side streets to park on, in the downtown area. Downtown is 1 mile down Rt 1 and an easy bike ride or walk. There are no hills to climb if walking.
These apartments are above my floor covering company Mystic Coastal flooring. We are opened Tues-Fri 8-5, Sat 8-12 and we are closed Sunday and Monday. The premises have security cameras outside only and the building has state of the art fire, CO detection systems in place. Each unit along with the common areas are also sprinkler protected for your safety. Your families safety and well being is our number one priority.

We had a great experience from start to finish, the host was super responsive and helpful. The property was well maintained and very clean. The location was perfect, it was within 5 to 10 minutes of everything. We will definitely stay again!

We had a great stay at the Net Loft for an October girls weekend in Mystic. The property was lovely -- we felt very safe and the instructions to access the building were easy to follow. The Loft itself is wonderful -- beautifully decorated, super clean, comfortable beds, and gorgeous bathrooms with heated floors. We particularly loved the open kitchen, dining, and living room area with a fireplace -- it made for such a cozy stay. Thank you!

Stayed in Unit F for two nights, very comfortable! New & very clean. Our communications were quick and easy, so all around a great stay. The only drawback for me is that the unit is not very soundproof, so we heard people below us and outside pretty easily.
