About this house rental
Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The Net loft actually was a Net Loft before being converted to 4 beautiful luxury condo’s. Located in Mystic/Stonington,Ct. with enough notice, we can accommodate 24 guests comfortable. Each unit has 2 bedrooms with King beds, queen size poppy bed,2 full baths, walk in curb-less showers with heated floors right into them. Full high end kitchens, gas fireplace, washer/dryer, elevator, gazebo, grill,picnic tables and fire pit.
This unit is 1 of 4 that I own. The location is close to downtown Mystic but far enough away from the congestion. Private parking, keypad entrance, elevator upstairs to the 4 luxury apartments. You won’t find anything close to this for luxury and hospitality in Stonington/Mystic. Just read the reviews of The Net Loft of Stonington “C”. That unit opened 6/21/21 and has received super-host status with 19- 5 star ratings.

Our building is on Old Stonington rd in Stonington, Ct. This is a private rd that serves my business, the Dog Watch barbecue just across the street and a newly developed lambs way subdivision, consisting of multimillion dollar homes at the end of the road. The Big Y supermarket is right next door on the other side of the woods so you can’t see it, but just a 5 minute walk if you choose to walk.
Mystic Ct is a quant little town founded in the 1600’s as a fishing and whaling ship destination. Famous for Mystic seaport attraction and the Mystic aquarium. The train station is not far from downtown and the famous mystic draw bridge. It is an easy commute from New York and Boston by train. You can take a ferry from Long Island or Montauk point into New London which is only a 15 minute drive to mystic. You can Uber, take a limo or taxi right to our doorstep.

This was a perfect stay for us. Convenient and close while visiting Mystic area. You couldn't ask for more convenient access to shopping for supplies around the corner at Big Y. There is even a garden restaurant across the street which we did not get a chance to try out. The only minuses are the lack of outdoor amenities. The fact that you're in a former commercial location leaves you with only a parking lot and abandoned empty lots next door. Very clean and well kept but nothing that makes you want to pause to enjoy. The only other minor minus was the odd extreme height of the bathroom vanity sink in one of the two suites and lack of towel hooks (really minor issues). While we greatly appreciated the en-suite bathrooms and general spaciousness of the unit, the one vanity sink was a challenge. The owner has put together a well-appointed, incredible remodel job of a former fishing net repair facility. We loved the retained historical touches and decorations, along with the way they repurposed the building. It made for a very comfortable stay while visiting Mystic. Cudos to the owners. We would stay here again when we come back. Thanks Fran.

Net Loft Stonington “D” apartment was as pictured. Beautiful design and construction. Two king en suite bedrooms, zero entry showers, full kitchen, open living and dining, and laundry. Elevator available to second level where apartments are located. Great location across from Dog Watch Mystic. Easy access to Stonington (don’t miss) and Mystic.

We came to stay in the Mystic area while seeing our Sailor in Groton. It was a 20 minute drive between the two. The pictures on the web site are spot on! This was beautiful, clean and in a great location. The kitchen had everything you would need to prepare meals. (Dishes, flatware, glasses, pans etc) The beds were very comfortable the linens were premium. The bathrooms were super clean,gorgeous with heated floors! These units are well designed and we appreciated the farmhouse New England feel we were close to everything Mystic and all that entails. It felt like a home and a short hiatus from dorm like life for our son. We loved this place!

We lived this home for the cleanliness and beautiful furnishings. We had plenty of room to spread out and to hang out with extended family. We were an easy drive to local attractions as well. Most importantly, this second floor condo had an elevator and walk in showers that allowed my 88 year old parents to maneuver easily.
