This is a one bedroom condo in the heart of downtown Grand Rapids west side. It's in a full amenity building with a 24 hour fitness center, one free secured parking spot, a rooft top pool, community clubhouse, rooftop pool and year round rooftop hot tub all of which you are free to use.
Enjoy being walking distance to a buzzing district of breweries, shops, trendy restaurants and bars within a couple of blocks. And you will about one mile from the Van Andel Arena, the Medical Mile and the 25 mile riverfront walking/biking path.
This condo features a massive 100 inch virtual window video wall providing our guests with the spectacular views of their choice as well as local live cams showing real time views of the city. TV, movies, games and standard computer functions can also be enjoyed on this multi screen wall.
High quality cotton linens, a brand new Posturepedic mattress, washer/dryer, stainless appliances. Play station, 1GB super HIGH SPEED WIFI, work desk, marble bathroom and 3 closets including an extra large walk in closet with Washer/Dryer/ laundry station and luggage storage. The kitchen is well stocked with wine glasses, dishes, cooking utensils, Keurig coffee maker and everything you need to feel at home.
Please note: This condo in an interior unit and has no traditional windows. The light and vibe comes from the massive high def video wall which serves as a virtual window to anywhere you want to be, dimmable daylight spectrum bulbs and new decor. The condo is equipped with indoor sprinkler units, 2 points of egress and meets all local building codes. An air filtration system keeps fresh circulated into the unit continuously.

The decor, the place, the location...all were perfect for me. It is super close to downtown, the place was cozy, well stocked with majority of what you need for an extended stay, and the owners were more than accommodating and easy to work with. The parking was great for being downtown, the security guards are awesome, and the entire apartment felt like home while being away from home for almost 4 months! 10 out 10...would recommend!
