Coast is Clear was perfect for our Thanksgiving stay. The pool and the dune walkover made the stay exceptional. Although we had no problems or questions during the stay, Prickett Properties staff were always prompt and responsive throughout the entire process.

We love "Coast is Clear" and the great location! It's like having a private beach. The house is very nice. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. The view is unbeatable!

I would have given 5 stars but the attention to detail was lacking.
The house was great, the bedrooms were awesome and it was so roomy. But the handle on the extra refrigerator freezer was broken off, the door frames, stairs and base boards needed cleaning. There were several light bulbs burned out and the batteries in the remotes needed changing. The drain in the upstairs bathroom to the left had a very slow drain. More towels would be great too.
