Beautiful condo. Had all we needed. Well decorated and so nice and clean. Property well maintained. Love the pool. Beautiful beach.

The interior of the property was vey nice once you were inside. There are a couple negatives.
Because of the buildings location, looking towards the beach there are buildings on both sides and therefore you have a partial view of the beach.
The second negative is the building itself is in dire need of renovation. The hallways are very unkept including bugs, dirty rusty doors. The elevator is not trustworthy enough to use and being on the 7th floor this was an issue.
Minor issues are a lot of light bulbs are burnt out and the towels are on their last bit of use and not enough provided.
Overall I would not recommend this unit.
