We really enjoyed our stay. Convenient parking, outstanding beach access and cannot beat walk right out to the pool. The property is spacious and comfortable for a family of 4-5, any more might get a bit tight. The beds were very comfortable, but the sofas are pretty well used. This was absolutely the best equipped kitchen I have seen in a rental. Plenty of dishes, glasses and cookware. The basics for bathroom and kitchen cleanup are provided, enough for a 3-4 day stay. This condo doesn't have any beach view however, because of the dunes, and while it was a slight disappointment, the convienence of having the pool right off our porch makes up for it. We will definitely be back.

The pool was cold and not heated during our stay. If the pool were heated it would have been much more enjoyable. I chose this unit for the location by the pool. Had I known it was not heated I would have opted for an ocean view. There were several issues on checking in that were resolved. There are no dressers for clothing which was odd
