House is located close to beach and having a private pool was extremely nice!Recommend you bring containers for food storage and sheets if you plan to use sleeper sofas. Also, there was only one towel for each person so you might want to bring extra or do laundry. We only had 2 dish tabs and 2 laundry pods so bring extra with you or buy when you arrive. There is not a Keurig or coffee maker that uses k-cups so you'll just need ground coffee.

It was perfect. We loved the house and pool. Neighbors got a little noisy. So close to the beach!
