PROPERTY AMENITIES
Internet, Foosball Table, Elevator (Ground Level to 2nd Floor Only), Televisions, Heat & Central A/C, Washer & Dryer, Range & Oven, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc as needed.
*The linen package includes sheets for all beds, 2 bath towels and wash cloths per how many the property sleeps, a kitchen towel, and a dish cloth. The linen delivery service does not include bed makes. If you do not need the linen package, please decline the service on your Rental Agreement which you will receive after booking. If declined, the linen service charge will be deducted from your second payment.
Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and E-Checks. A 3% service fee applies to all credit card payments, and E-Checks are not accepted within 14 days of arrival. The name on the payment method must match the name on the reservation. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a pre-check-in email where you can securely select your preferred payment option. Please note that we do not accept Apple Pay, Cash App, Venmo, Affirm, PayPal, or Klarna.
**Bookings exceeding 28 days will require a security deposit, which will be collected after the reservation is confirmed.

I don't know how (when paying) that I specified no sheets, pillow cases, or towels. Perhaps when checking that box - you should specify, in RED, that there will be no sheets, pillow cases, or towels.Overall - pretty nice

The house served our needs perfectly. We were a group of guys in town for a golf trip and the numerous bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect for us. All linens were provided, as described. The elevator door knob was broken when we arrived, but as soon as the host was notified they immediately sent someone out to fix it. The beds were a little on the soft side, but definitely not uncomfortable. We will plan on booking again for this purpose in the future.

The dining table and living room furniture were very dirty/worn. Nobody in the group would use the table. Woke up freezing the first night and had to call the office at 5 am to get the thermostat code. Rented this unit specifically for the elevator but it didn’t work after the first day. The door handle to the elevator at ground level is broken, so couldn’t enter it at that level. Old reviews had complaints about the elevator
