Apartment of about 34 sqm with 1 bedroom, a well-equipped eat-in kitchen (including washing machine) and a bathroom complete with toilet, bidet, sink and shower. It shares the reception with two other apartments. It is located on the 4th floor with elevator of a residential complex in the "Ottavia" area, a very quiet neighborhood equipped with all the main services that are within walking distance (supermarket, fruit shop, ice cream parlor, tobacconist, bar, pizzeria, pharmacy, bank, etc.).
Modern and comfortable furnishings to make our guests' stay pleasant. It is located near the famous Via Francigena, the Insugherata Nature Reserve, the archaeological site "Ipogeo degli Ottavi" and the train stop of the same name from which metropolitan trains depart that well connect the neighborhood with the historic center of the city and allow you to reach St. Peter's / Vatican in 20 minutes avoiding city traffic.
It is also possible to reach the city center by city buses, whose stop is located about 50 meters from the hotel.
Thanks to the proximity of the Ipogeo degli Ottavi stop (about 350 meters away) of the FL3 metropolitan train, the location of the apartment is very convenient to reach the San Filippo Neri Hospital (reachable in 6 minutes and with two stops) and the Poliniclinico Gemelli (reachable in 12 minutes and with 4 stops). By car or bus, the San Pietro-Fatebene Fratelli Hospital and the Sant'Andrea Hospital are also within easy reach.
