About this apartment rental
A few minutes from the Monte Mario train station, from which you can reach the Gemelli Hospital (1.5km) and the San Filippo Neri (2km) with just one train stop (line FL3) and with very few stops the Vatican and Trastevere, MIRANDOLINA is located in a green and quiet neighborhood where within walking distance you will find all the services and commercial activities (supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants and pizzerias, banks, shops for shopping) that will make your stay carefree and unforgettable Roman.
With the bus stop in front of the house bus will be also connected, in a short time (runs every 15 'by day and 30' night), with the subway and all the tourist areas.
Located on the second floor of a detached house, MIRANDOLINA is an apartment with two rooms and 4posti bed + 1double bed in the elegant living room, comfortable kitchen (there are at least two comfortable rooms in addition to the rooms) and bathroom; finely renovated with bright spaces, refined and comfortable furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen (electric oven and microwave, toaster, dishwasher and Italian espresso machine) and a new bathroom equipped with everything you need for your convenience (phono , washing machine)

FROM FIUMICINO AEROPOERTO:
Get the train of the railway line FL1 at the airport to the stop Trastevere; here you will find the coincidence with the line FL3 northbound off at Monte Mario (train every twenty minutes, schedules available on the sites and applications Trenitalia).

Lovely apartment, hot water, utensils, all you need. Fresh groceries around the corner, supermarket not far. Dominica met us at the apartment and gave us all the information we needed. Did take a little time to get to some of the sights, average45-1 hr on bus or metro. Plan you day well.

We stayed 5 nights in Rome and this wonderful condo was the perfect location for our family of 5 to stay. It was located in a residential neighborhood very close to delicious restaurants. The bus stop was located just down the street and we were able to use the bus to get to all the local sightseeing. The host was easy to contact and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Overall the apt is very functionable, but somewhat narrow spaces mainly in the kitchen and bathroom (especially the shower cabinet were I had it "a bit tight to turn around" with my 187 cm), but it worked for a family of 5.
Kitchen was well equipped.
The 2 bedrooms had separate ac but there was no remote to them to begin with. When we asked for it the manager said he could control them remotely for us. We only got the remote after several messages back and forth. But after that it worked fine (but a bit on the louder side).
The balcony had a drying rack, which was good, but something was leaking/dripping from above, not sure what/from where but some of our towels etc were partly soaked after hanging to dry.
Location is OK. A bus ride of approx 20 min to the metro (Battistini), but the streets in the neighbourhood are many one way streets and narrow so traffic is pretty heavy during rush hours.
The neighbourhood overall though is quite nice with some shops, stores, boutiques and restaurants. All within walking distance.
It's also close by to one of the different train stations (20 min to Roma Trastevere station for instance). These trains are spacious and modern and at a good price per ticket. Can also take you easily to the airport with this train in about 1 hr for around 8 euro pp.

It was nice, cozy. Andrea was very nice, answer all request.
Just very hot and Andrea control the temperature in air conditioner. Air conditioners are not working strong enough. During the day it was not possible to be in apartment. But all overall it was nice.
